Direct Mail services for charities – Lets work together!

Hello there, my name is Brian Trick and I run our mailing house at Postforce. Before I worked here I was a charity manager and charity direct mail fundraiser – so I know what charities want – and need – from their direct mail!

I know how important your direct mail communication is with your donors and potential supporters. I would like to help you make your direct mail more efficient and effective.

We try to keep our mailing service costs low for charities and have no job set up fees for charities.

Postage 

We are happy to post through our discount mailing accounts for you or we would suggest that you could establish you own accounts with royal Mail who normally give 30 days credit on your postage costs.

We are here to help - I will arrange the accreditation process with the Royal Mail for you and complete the necessary forms and give the required samples of mailing.

I will arrange the setting up of your postage account online – so that you can use any other mailing facility to mail on your behalf.

We recommend ‘Economy’ mail for charities - postage for around 20p per letter! (for larger mailings)

I will set up this service with the Royal Mail for you and when mailing sort your data so that you gain the maximum postal discount.

* Takes a while for Royal Mail to set up these facilities, lets get them in place asap.

Production

We print letters here and will do so at a competitive price for you. For your other mailing inserts and envelopes I have contacts with a number of printers and envelope suppliers and will use these contacts to get some top printing prices for you if required.

I am more than happy to proof read letters and suggest any marketing tips that may give them a bit more punch! – only suggestions!

We will give you our best prices on inserting and suggest best and most effective ways of enveloping.

We are a small mailing house here – but we get things done! If you are a smaller charity who would like us take on your direct mail we would be delighted to do so. We can also offer competitive prices for charity merchandise storage and fulfilment.
