Q. By Polywrapping - will it improve my response rate?
A. It is well proven that the first impression  of a mailing piece counts. You have spent time, effort and money making your product look great, why hide it in Manilla or white?  We have found it works better for some customers than others - why not do a 50-50 split test and see what works for you???

Q. Will polywrapping make my mailing cheaper?
A. The overall cost is similar to using C4 envelopes. HOWEVER the wrap itself weighs about 10 grams less than an envelope! -  which can make a significant saving in postage if it saves you from going into the next weight price band. 

Q. Can the cover addressing sheet be in colour?
A. Yes, (costs a bit more)  we will fax a cover sheet to you for approval/alteration before production commences.

Q. Can polywrapping be done in conjunction with Royal Mail postal discounts.
A. Yes, for bulk mailings your data can be sorted to achieve postal discounts.

Q. OK - It all sounds great - now How much does it cost!?
A. Supply of the wrap itself, production of the cover addressing sheet, wrapping in the film and despatching starts at just £82 for every 1000 items that are mailed (plus postage and VAT of course) - Remember C4 envelopes are around £35/000 before you print and stuff them.

Q. I only mail small quantities and these are not on a regular basis - Can you do this?
A. No worries - we can hold your stock of mailing peices here and send as and when required.  (A small storage charge may be required.)

Q. I like to put in a letter with my mailing piece - can you do that?
A. Yes, no problem, you can send us your letters as required, or we can hold your letterheads in stock and print your letters for you.

Q. Sounds great, how do we proceed?
A. All you need to do is supply us with your mailing materials and your target address data (preferably on excel spreadsheet) and leave it to us!)

Q. We don't have a postage account, how can we mail without stamps etc..?
A. We offer commision free use of our postal account facilities!

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. The exact cost of postage must be paid just before the despatch work itself has a 30 day payment term.  (Before posting for first time round customers).
