Here is an offer you will be hard pressed to beat, and is open to you if you are mailing over 1000 Large Letters at a time - and are currently using a franking machine or are paying Royal Mail standard account prices.

You simply pay the normal postage price and we will:- supply FREE C4 PLAIN ENVELOPES, give you FREE ENVELOPE PRINTING, then FREE ENVELOPE ADDRESSING, and FREE INSERTING of your mailing items   (up to 2 standard items per envelope) 

You simply pay the postage price (+ vat).*  1st or 2nd class options are available.  Simply select the price from the table (this is the normal Royal Mail tariff) and multiply it by how many items you are mailing, add vat, and that is your amazing price for your all-in package! (1000+ per mailing)

 

Yes!  this is the standard Royal Mail tariff chart - this is all you pay! - multiply how many you are mailing by the price in the box and that's it! (+vat) 1000+ per mailing.

Example 1,   You are mailing 1500 brochures (90 grams) 2nd class in C4 envelopes and are putting them through your franking machine - you are currently paying £600 for the postage alone.  For that £600 (+vat) we will post 2nd class, as well as supply the envelopes, (which will have cost you around £70) address the envelopes and insert your mailing items!   

Example 2,   You are mailing 1000 catalogues (140grams) 1st class in C4 envelopes and are putting them through your franking machine - you are currently paying £720.00 for the postage alone.  For that £720.00 (+vat) we will pay Royal Mail 1st class postage, as well as supply the envelopes, (which will have cost you around £45) address the envelopes and insert your mailing items!  

Saves you money, time and resources - Who wants their office clogged up with envelopes and demoralised staff stuffing envelopes! Not to mention franking machine costs etc etc!

Terms and conditions of offer

* Offer price is compared to published Royal Mail account tariff/franking for Large Letters (2nd class LL 1-100g=40p 101-250g=59p 251-500g=85p) (1st class LL 1-100g=50p 101-250g=72p 251-500g=104p)  This price is then multiplied by quantity mailed and invoiced at that amount + vat.

Postage for 1st class option is by Royal Mail.  For 2nd class option is by Royal Mail or TNTpost.

Data to required standard and 1000+ per mailing on one database (UK addresses)

Inserts to fit in standard C4 90gsm press seal plain envelope - same inserts in each envelope - suitable inserts at our discretion.

Mailing items to be delivered to us and mailied in one consignment.  Unpersonalised inserts on this offer - other options available on request.
