All you have to do is supply your letter copy and your target list of who you would like your mailing sent to, and we will do the rest! Includes:- Mail merge, paper supply, letter print, envelope supply, envelope print and addressing and 2nd class postage. We even throw in Amazon gift vouchers! It's so easy and economic and at one fixed price so easy to budget for! We can mail any quantity you like but it becomes more viable for you if you are sending 200+. If you have a mailshot of 7500+ please ask us for your even lower rate. The whole monochrome letter package is just 27p per letter! + vat* (Small setup charge if under 4000 letters) * Envelope company personalisation - We will always use an outer envelope approved by you and featuring your company details rather than a generic envelope that is used by some online mailing companies! * Fast despatch or scheduled despatch - Normal despatch time is within 24 hours. If you prefer a targetted date - no problem. * Envelope addressing option - If your letter becomes more of a flyer/announcement we can address the envelope rather than the letter. This is an option that is not available with most online mailshot companies! * Accountability! - Don't just upload your files to an online mail company and hope! We will talk to you each step of the way - you will know who is dealing with your mailing and who is acccountable. Want to use coloured letterhead? No problem, you can supply or we will get a stock printed and then we just print your letters on! If you supply your own letterhead - Then the whole package is just 26p per letter + vat* (small set up charge if under 4000 letters) Do you mail bulk letters regularly or even every day? - By storing your letterheads we can 'print on demand' and despatch at our discounted postage rates.
