Our package includes:-  Mail merge, paper supply, letter print, envelope supply, envelope print, addressing, folding & inserting and 2nd class postage!

Want a coloured letterhead?

No problem, we have the option for you to supply your letterhead for us to print on (Or we can get a stock printed from your artwork).  We can then print on them at less than our black letter rate giving you a colour mailshot at a truly cost effective price!

Want full colour letters?

No problem, we have lots of options depending on your letter & quantity – give us a call or send us a draft copy and we’ll take a look and advise on the best way to complete your mailing.   Shorter runs can be digitally printed.   Litho printing and then digital personalisation is more economic on larger runs.

* Envelope company personalisation – We will always use an outer envelope approved by you and featuring your company details rather than a generic envelope that is used by some online mailing companies!

* Fast despatch or scheduled despatch - Often despatch is within 24 hours on shorter runs, if you prefer a targeted date – no problem.

* Envelope addressing option – If your letter becomes more of a flyer/announcement we can address the envelope rather than the letter for no additional cost.  This is an option that is not available with most online mailshot companies!
